Garmin DownVü & SideVü Transducer Armor Plates
The Transducer Shield & Saver Garmin Armor Plate range is designed to provide superior protection for compatible Garmin DownVü and SideVü transducers against impacts from the front, rear and sides. Replacing the factory transom mounting bracket, these heavy-duty Armor Plates help safeguard expensive sonar transducers while maintaining the correct scanning angle for optimum performance.
Manufactured from premium 6061 aluminium alloy and finished in a durable black powder coat, each Armor Plate is engineered specifically for its compatible Garmin transducer and mounting application.

Maximum Protection Recommended
For the highest level of transducer protection, Transducer Shield & Saver recommends installing every Armor Plate with the SBB-5 Stainless Steel Spring Back Bracket. The Spring Back Bracket absorbs impacts from submerged objects by allowing the transducer to pivot backwards before automatically returning to its original position.
Please Note: Armor Plates installed without a Spring Back Bracket are not covered under the Transducer Shield & Saver Armor Plate warranty if the Armor Plate is damaged through impact.
