Add 1" of propeller pitch to increase WOT RPM by 150-200RPM

Remove 1" of propeller pitch to decrease WOT RPM by 150-200RPM
When changing from a 3 to 4 blade propeller please note a 4 blade propeller rotates 50-100RPM slower than a 3 blade
