Auto Transmission Type DX-3 is a multi-purpose automatic transmission fluid meeting the requirements of the General Motors Dexron III specification and many other industrial, automotive, mobile and marine applications.

The benefits of Auto Transmission Type DX-3 are:

- Extends oxidation resistance even at high operating temperatures

Extensive tests for shift quality and anti-wear protection have proven that the Auto Transmission Type DX-3 formulation meets and exceeds today’s requirements under all operating conditions.

Auto Transmission Type DX-3 may be used for non-automotive applications also, such as in hydraulic systems. In tests conducted in Denison P46 axial piston pump and a Denison T5D rotary vane pump, excellent passes were obtained against the Denison HF-O wear criteria. Similar excellent results have been obtained with Sperry Vickers and Sunstrand hydraulic
pumps.
